Amazing wildlife, lovely to see the cockatoos in the wild, I have only ever seen them couped up in cages as pets over here, seems very cruel...and pineapples...growing...in the garden, lucky you!
Every time I see the large parrots like cockatoos in cages in the pet shops it makes me quite sad. Some of them seem genuinely stressed by their situation, plucking their feathers out etc.
...and a bit of old chook poo.
